Returns And Refunds:
Prior approval and knowledge from Oz Kids Ride are required for customers to make product returns. In order to initiate the return process, customers must provide proof of purchase as well as evidence of the faulty product.
Unopened Packages:
Any unopened package may be returned, within 5 business days of receipt of the goods, in its original, brand-new, and saleable condition at a 25% restocking fee. The cost to return the goods will be at your expense. A photo of the product before it is shipped back is required and we must receive the return tracking number. Once received and inspected, you may expect a refund for the full product price less any corresponding fees. This is non-negotiable
Opened Packages:
Any opened packages are still eligible for return within 5 business days of receipt of the goods with a 35% restocking fee. This is to cover expenses for testing, cleaning, and repackaging the product. The cost to return the goods will be at your expense. A photo of the product before it is shipped back is required and we must receive the return tracking number. Once received and inspected, you may expect a refund for the full product price less any corresponding fees. This is non-negotiable.
Made to Order, Installed, or Assembled Products, Custom-Made Items, Bulky Products, Open Box Products, and Used Products that affect its hygienic stature are not eligible for returns.
For all returns, customers are required to use registered post and provide OZ Kids Ride with tracking details before dispatching the item. Please note that returns received in a damaged state will not be accepted. Additionally, unless a product is faulty or defective under the manufacturer’s warranty, Oz Kids Ride will not accept products that have been opened or used. This includes the removal of any product seals, shrink wrapping, protective materials, stickers, product attachments, and/or accessories.
Customers have a duty of care for the product while it is in their possession. If products are damaged while in the possession of the customer and are subsequently returned, the customer may be held liable to pay for the repair of the product to its original condition. In the event that a repair is not economically viable, no refund will be issued.
How To Return Your Items:
Do not return any items to the original address. Further instructions will be provided through email after receiving your request
Please note that most of our ride-on products are created with a process used by the manufacturers that we sell, the process involves blowing sheets of plastic with hot air to make the molds required for the production of the car. Sometimes the molds can have minor scuffs, dents, or very small scratches caused by material flowing in the air as the plastic is very hot which can mark the body of the car. This does NOT cause any materialistic flaws within the body and does not affect the strength or durability of the body. They are just minor cosmetic flaws, this is no reason to claim the item as faulty, will not accept any returns back.
