All You Need To Know About Receiving Your item From Oz Kids Ride:
Order Confirmation.
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it and it is now in our system.
Getting Your Order Ready.
Provided that your order is in stock and payment is processed successfully, it will be dispatched within 2-5 business days of the date of your order.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information (if applicable) via email within 2-5 business days of dispatch. Please ensure that you have provided the correct email address at checkout.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please notify us by email.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Products are dispatched during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. Depending on the product’s location and your location, we expect most orders to be delivered within 2-10 business days after dispatch. Please note that some brands are shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses throughout Australia.
Please note that our estimated delivery times are based on working days, which exclude weekends and public holidays. Our typical delivery timeframe is between 5 to 14 working days from the payment date. While we strive to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time, please be aware that unforeseen changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control may impact delivery times.
Incorrect Addresses / Non-Collected/ RTS Orders
To avoid re-shipment fees, please double-check the address for your order before finalizing. We cannot refund or resend orders that are delivered to an incorrect address or are not collected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
Please ensure that orders taken to the Post Office for collection are picked up within 10 business days to avoid reshipment fees. As the majority of our freight travels with Australia Post, non-pickup can result in a returned order.
Free Shipping Items
Free shipping for selected products applies to metro city delivery areas. Deliveries outside major city metro areas may incur additional charges based on the delivery location postcode.
Areas That We Cannot Deliver To
Unfortunately, there are certain postcodes that our carriers are unable to deliver to due to limited access.
For delivery purposes, we require a physical address and cannot deliver items to a PO Box.
While our website may not display accurate delivery information for some areas, we may request an additional delivery fee to cover freight costs.
Delayed Delivery
Please note that the estimated delivery date provided is a guide and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as breakdowns, traffic, time constraints, time critical freight, and the implementation of COVID-19 safety procedures. Courier companies are responsible for the delivery of goods, and we cannot control delays beyond 10 business days. If you experience delays beyond this time, please contact us.
We understand that delays can be frustrating, but we cannot offer refunds or replacements until the courier has deemed the item lost in transit. This process may take up to 4 weeks from the initial order date.
Redelivery Fees And Authority To Leave
If you are not available to accept your order, a card will be left to advise on re-delivery options. There may be additional charges for heavy items. If you opt for an authority to leave, please note that once the freight is delivered, the courier or oz kids ride cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items.
