Product Warranty

1. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.

2. All children’s cars come with a 3-month warranty that covers electrical faults, except for the battery, remotes, and chargers, as they can be mistreated. For parts within and outside the warranty period, the buyer will need to cover the cost of postage by Australia Post.

3. Any issues with labels, stickers, lights, audio, music, or broken parts will be covered for 30 days after assembly, provided that the ride-on toy is in a reselling condition.

4. Lights, music, and stickers on toy cars and bikes are not covered once they have been used, as they can be mistreated.

5. The warranty is void if the product is overloaded or modified in any way, used for commercial purposes, or exposed to sand, dirt, and gravel, as this can damage the engine and gearbox of ride-on toys, and it won’t be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Oz Kids Ride is not responsible for any incidental or consequential loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the use of this product.

7. For local customers, any brand-new car purchased from us that shows issues due to assembly errors or manufacturing faults must be dropped off at our location.

8. We will fix or replace the item within 2-8 weeks, depending on parts availability.

9. If a part is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge. If the item still does not work after the replacement parts have been fitted, we will either refund or replace the entire product. If you need faulty spare parts outside these warranty terms, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.

10. Please note: items must be returned with proof of purchase, the merchandise box, manual, accessories, and all other items in the original packaging (unless otherwise agreed upon).

11. Items must be returned to us via courier using a safe method and with proof of shipment. We will not be responsible for the loss of returned items or for any lost shipping costs.

A. The guarantee may not cover damages caused by the following:

  1. Failure to follow assembly instructions.
  2. Inappropriate storage and maintenance.
  3. Abuse or misuse.
  4. Regular wear and tear.

B. To file a claim, you must:

  1. Provide a written explanation of the issue.
  2. Include supporting evidence such as photos or videos.

C. To claim a warranty, please contact us via email. Please do not return any items to the original address.

Note: Minor scratches or aesthetic issues may be visible due to standard handling and packaging. While we consider these to be minimal and unlikely to affect the overall appearance or performance of the goods, we understand they may still be of concern to our customers.
